Home Wealth reports, ratings, estimated values, and appreciation figures are informational estimates produced from public and licensed data. They are not appraisals, inspections, surveys, title reports, insurance assessments, tax advice, investment advice, or lending decisions, and they are not a guarantee of value, condition, or future performance. Do not rely on a report as the sole basis for buying, selling, refinancing, or insuring a property.

Property facts, descriptions, prices, availability, and photographs on listing pages are supplied by the seller or the licensed professional publishing the home. We review listing authority and obvious content problems before a home is published. We do not independently verify measurements, condition, permits, disclosures, or continued availability, and we make no representation that any listing is accurate or current.

rated.homes is not an MLS, is not a brokerage, does not represent buyers or sellers, and does not claim complete coverage of any market.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything published from it. You must give accurate information when claiming a property or submitting a professional licence. We may suspend or remove an account, a claim, a licence verification, or a listing where authority cannot be established or has been revoked.

• Do not publish content you do not have the right to publish.
• Do not misrepresent ownership, agency, licence status, or a property's condition.
• Do not use inquiry forms for solicitation, marketing, or bulk outreach.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or resell our reports, ratings, or listing data.
• Do not attempt to reach private records, other members' data, or our internal systems.

Listings and inquiries must comply with fair housing law. Content that discriminates on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin will be removed.

Our ratings, methodology, report presentation, and the rated.homes name are ours. Content you upload remains yours, and by publishing it here you give us permission to display and distribute it as part of the service.

Send disputes about a report, a listing, or content you believe infringes your rights through report an issue, or the contact page. Each submission opens a tracked case that a reviewer works through. Where a complaint has merit on its face, we unpublish or remove the page while we look at it and write back with the outcome.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or your reliance on any estimate or listing.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
