    Name, headline, states served, languages and how you prefer to be contacted. Listed only while your licence is current.

What verification is, and is not

We check that the credential you gave us matches what the issuing authority publishes, and that it is current. That is the whole claim. It is not an endorsement, a performance rating, a guarantee of service, or a statement about any transaction.

We say “real estate professional,” not “REALTOR®,” unless REALTOR® membership has been separately verified as current. The mark belongs to the National Association of REALTORS® and is not a licence.

Nothing you pay for, publish or brand changes a rating, a verification outcome, or your position in the directory. Directory order is neutral and deterministic.
