About

Two products, one clear line between them

rated.homes exists because homeowners are told what their house is worth today and almost nothing about what it has done for them over time. We build that long view, and we keep it separate from anything a seller is trying to sell you.

Home Wealth

A Home Wealth report is our own analysis of one address: estimated value, appreciation history, long-term performance against national and metro benchmarks, and a Home Wealth Rating when the evidence supports one. It is built from public records and licensed housing data, then stored so the same link always shows the same report.

It is informational. It is not an appraisal, an inspection, a title report, a lending decision, or a guarantee of anything.

Homes for sale

Our marketplace publishes homes listed by verified owners and by licensed real estate professionals. Buyers contact sellers directly, for free, with no lead fee taken from either side. That is a permanent commitment, not an introductory offer.

rated.homes is not an MLS and does not claim complete market coverage. What you see here is what has been published here.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell buyer or seller contact details as leads.
  • We do not present a seller's marketing copy as verified fact.
  • We do not put a mortgage balance you type into a report anywhere except your own browser.
  • We do not claim regulatory certification, appraisal authority, or REALTOR affiliation.

Where to start

Look up your address on the Home Wealth page, browse homes for sale, or read how it works.
